credit checks
etc
Provide property details
Whether you are just starting your search, or you have already found the perfect place, your broker will need to gather details about the property you are wanting to purchase.
This may include:
MLS listing sheets
land titles
appraisals
property taxes, heating costs, etc.
Finding a fit
Now comes the time where your broker will access their diverse portfolio of lenders and present your package in order to pair you with a mortgage that fits your unique lifestyle
Closing the deal
Once your broker has found you a mortgage product and a lender that is what you are looking for, you will work with your lawyer and real estate professional to finish up the last few steps or conditions remaining on your deal!
